Rare earth sesquioxide Lu2O3 single crystal optical fiber has a transmission wavelength range of 0.225~8 μm, its mechanical and optical properties are comparable to YAG crystals, and it has higher thermal conductivity, and its pure phase thermal conductivity can reach 12.8 W m- 1K-1, and is less affected by dopant ions, has a strong thermal management ability, and is an excellent laser gain medium. At the same time, the melting point of Lu2O3 single crystal fiber is 2450°C, and its structure is stable at high temperature without phase change. It is expected to break through the upper limit of temperature measurement of traditional sapphire fiber, and it is a contact temperature measurement material with great potential. The company can provide Lu2O3 single crystal optical fiber materials grown by LHPG method, with diameters ranging from 75 to 400 μm, which can meet the needs of high-energy laser and high-temperature sensing fields.
